My purpose as a coach is to enable individuals and teams to become their best. I have coached at all levels in business, from apprentices to CEOs and everyone in between, across more than 30 countries.

I started coaching and earned my first coaching qualification in 1991. My coaching career started in sport and performance coaching at national and international level.

I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, a qualified coach graduated from Henley Business School and an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation.

I am certified in a range of psychological assessment tools and have spent a lifetime learning, reflecting and continuously qualifying and certifying to ensure I operate to the highest of standards.

My Coaching Approach

Discover, Aspire, Outperform

There is nothing more empowering and satisfying than taking control of your own future, making your own decisions, choosing your goals, changing the way you think; creating your vision, Become Your Best.
My approach to coaching invites individuals and teams to step in, take personal responsibility and create the space to explore how you can ignite your purpose and achieve your goals.
I work in partnership with clients to help them to identify and clarify their goals, empower themselves to activate their plans using a variety of coaching, counselling, psychology, and psychotherapeutic approaches.

Every coaching engagement is unique. Coaching sessions are customised to meet your unique needs and goals.
